When will I receive my withdrawal?

Good news! Most withdrawals to VISA Debit Card and Mastercard Debit land within a few minutes. Nice and speedy.

How long yours takes depends on the payment method you used, plus your bank or card provider.

• VISA Debit Card and Mastercard Debit
  Most withdrawals complete within a few minutes. With some banks, it can take up to 4 hours. You can withdraw up to £20,000 to a card, if your withdrawal is more than £20,000, we’ll send the rest by cheque.

• VISA Electron
  Withdrawals usually take 3 to 5 business days to appear in your bank.

• Apple Pay
  If Apple Pay is your registered payment method, you can withdraw back to the same Apple Pay account or any registered card on your account. No other withdrawal method is available.
  How long it takes depends on the type of card linked to your Apple Pay account. You can withdraw up to £20,000 in a single Apple Pay transaction.

• PayPal
  Withdrawals to PayPal can take up to 3 days. If PayPal is your registered payment method, you can only withdraw back to that same PayPal account. No other withdrawal method is available. You can withdraw up to £5,000 in a single PayPal transaction.

• Bank transfer
  Withdrawals to your bank usually take 3 to 5 business days. Some banks may be quicker.

• Cheque
  Cheques can take up to 14 business days to arrive.
