Bug Match terms and conditions

1. “Bug Match”, hereafter called “the Promotion”, will run every day from 10:00 UK time on Friday 15th November 2024 until 23:59:59 UK time on Sunday 8th December 2024. Any purchases before the stated promotion times are void.  
2. These Promotional Terms & Conditions apply to the promotion, but you must adhere to our General Terms & Conditions.
3. The Promotion is free to enter for customers aged 18+ registered on tombola.co.uk who reside within the UK. Any new players will be subject to age and identity checks before they will be able to qualify for the Promotion.
4. Every day during the Promotion Period, each player will be able to claim one free game card on tombola.co.uk.
5. Each player can claim a maximum of one free game card every day.
6. There will be a total value of £450,000 in prizes over the course of the Promotion Period: Prize values will be as follows:10 x £1,000 cash, 100 x £100 cash, 1,500 x £10 bonus money, 5,000 x £5 bonus money, 250,000 x 5 free plays and 250,000 x 10 free plays.
7. A maximum total count of 506,610 prizes will be won through the Promotion Period.
8. To play a game card you must select the “Click to play” button on the respective card on the promotion page, then click on each cloche to reveal the bug symbol hiding inside. Once you have hit ‘play’ to open the game card, the system will consider it as ‘played’, even if you get disconnected before revealing all 9 symbols. The game result will be recorded on your account and can be provided by the Customer Support team.
9. Once you have played a game card, you can re-view/replay the gameplay as many times as you choose but the result of your original play will not change.
10. To win, you must match three of any one bug symbol on the game card. The value of each bug symbol is as follows: Flutter (Butterfly) = £1,000 cash, Snail = £100 cash, Grub (White Grub) = £10 bonus money, Ant = £5 bonus money, Cat (Green caterpillar) = 10 free plays, Spidey (Tarantula) = 5 free plays.  
11. All prizes have no wagering requirements.
12. There will be 500,000 Free Play prizes available during the promotion. The Free Play prizes are 10 Free Plays or 5 Free Plays. Free Plays will be credited automatically to the winners Free Play balance. Free Plays are valued at 0.10 each and have a 7 day expiry. Once you have used your Free Plays you will begin staking real cash. Free Plays can only be played on www.tombolaarcade.co.uk.
13. Any real money prize you win will be credited to your withdrawable funds balance straight away after you play the game card.

15. In the unlikely event that the Promotion should malfunction or not run as intended, due to technical issues on tombola's part, every endeavour will be made to rectify the situation as soon as possible.
16. No responsibility will be accepted for any technical difficulties that the player may have which inhibits them from participating.
17. Players participating in this Promotion will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them when participating in this Promotion.
18. ITV is not responsible for the administration of this promotion or the fulfilment of any prizes.
19. If we discover that any player has breached these promotional rules to create more than one account in order to participate in the Promotion multiple times, we will close any such accounts and void any winnings associated to games played in breach of these promotional rules.
20. This Promotion, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with United Kingdom law. You irrevocably agree that the courts of the United Kingdom shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Promotion.
