The method
1. Cut chicken thigh fillets into 1/4 inch strips.
2. Cut salami into 1/4 squares.
3. In a bowl, add the chicken and salami with olive oil, chili powder, oregano, garlic, honey, salt & pepper.
4. Place in fridge to marinade for a minimum of 6hrs.
5. To make the salad, shred lettuce, slice red onion, and quarter tomatoes. Add mint leaves and mix together. (Place to one side)
6. Skewer the chicken and salami.
7. Cook on char-grill or in frying pan for a few minutes each side then finish in the oven until fully cooked.
8. Heat up pittas and serve with salad, hot sauce and Tzatziki.
